We had the torta w/ Barbacoa; the Carne asada fries y birria tacos. All very good. Definitely recommend and will be returning in the future.

If you want some of the best street tacos in town this is the place to go. Family that owns this business are extremely nice. Everything I have eaten from here has been mouthwatering and amazing. Their birria tacos and horchata are to die for.

This taco truck is amazing!! Their food is always delicious and fresh. I go here at least once a week if not more. The family that runs this truck are always very friendly. The food comes out quick and their churros are to die for!

With me being from Chicago and my wife being from Hidalgo we’ve been searching high and low for decent tacos. I’ve been back here numerous times for the chicharrones tacos and the Al pastor. My wife on the other hand loves the carne asada here. Arguably one of the best taco spots in Colorado!

Yoli's kitchen is amazing, and definitely one of my favorite Go-to authentic Mexican food trucks. The employees are amazing as well and it's always great experience. Their food is delicious, their tacos and nachos are bomb! The first time I visited this place they were just finished closing. Without hesitation they told me that they'd be happy to make our food. They made our food promptly and we were on our way. The food was delicious and the prices unbeatable. I liked their food so much that we kept coming back for more! Their prices are also a great bang for your buck. This place is definitely worth the drive.

Wow! This has to be the best hidden gem taco shop I’ve ever been to. Extremely tasty, very inexpensive, extremely fresh & they took five minutes to make just my tacos (so you know they were really making them fresh). I drive 20 minutes to get here and will do it again often!

Good taco truck. We ordered the birra tacos, al pastor, asada, nachos, mexican coke, and horchata. We were hesitant on the horchata since the cashier said he had to make it, we believe its a powder mix, but it was quite flavorful. The birra tacos were tasty, but the shells were too soggy to be able to hold it without it falling apart. The asada tacos were ok, there was not much flavor. The al pastor was quite flavorful. We ordered 9 tacos and got 2 little lime cubes, about 1/6-1-8th of an actual lime. Wait time was decent. Credit card accepted here.

The search is over, we've found our regular spot! The birrira tacos are amazing, the consume that comes with it is good enough to drink, the asada was good and so were the tacos al pastor! The salsa isn't my favorite, but all the food is so delicious that it's not even needed! They are in the electrician school's parking lot, the south corner closest to academy. You won't be disappointed if you find yourself there!!!
